So in the context you see here 100 crores really means 100*10,000,000 Rupees. You do see this words applied to other things than money too (like population etc). I'm not sure just what this is advertising. It says "100 Crores of Prizes and Offers", and "Lucky Lakshmi, India's Jewellery Festival Participant". Lakshmi, by the way, is the goddess of wealth, wisdom, and fortune.
