Gated Community

There are three entrances to my "apartment complex" and this is the only one with a gate. The sign on the gate says "Parking only for residents of Casa Lavelle" the latter being the name of one of the apartments. Why Spanish? I guess it just has a certain je ne sais quoi about it. Anyway, notice the guy on the right. He has just opened the gate by releasing the rope that holds it down, in order for a motorbike to come in.
